Cast Set for BEAUTY AND THE BEAST at the Players Theatre

Literally Alive’s production of Beauty and the Beast the Musical has revealed the cast for its upcoming run February 23 – April 6 at The Players Theatre, NYC.

The story of Beauty and the Beast is beloved to many, and this unique take on the classic, with book by Brenda Bell and music by Michael Sgouros, includes elements from both the original novella by Madame De Villeneuve, written in 1740, and the book by Jeanne-Marie LePrince de Beaumont, written in 1756. Built in 1907 and converted into an Off-Broadway theatre in the late 1950’s, the Players Theatre has been a jewel in the midst of beautiful Greenwich Village, serving as a magnet for performing artists and their audiences.
